If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


If you received an incorrect or a faulty item or want to exchange an item, please contact us within 48hrs and we will make an arrangement to replace it.
Please follow the return policy below:

  • You have to return an item within 7 Days from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return/refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • And it needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will check it and notify you further. We will inform you of the status of your refunded item after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You should receive the credit within 3-15 days, depending on your card issuer’s/payment processing policies.


You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs while returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you are due to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
